TF Metal Industries Sdn. Bhd. was
founded in 1970 and had since built
up a reputation for its specialties
in aluminum alloy casting and
permanent mold casting. The company
started off with the name General
Trading, which focuses on molding
small parts such as a bottle cover.
In 1974, after 4 highly productive
years, our company has its name
changed to Tong Foong Metal. As a
new force in the industry, Toong
Fong Metal expanded its production
to water pump, essential parts for
constructions and agricultue, and
also power supply connectors.
By 1987, Tong Fong Metal gained more
capital through new shareholders of
the company and renamed the company
as TF Metal Industries Sdn. Bhd.
TF Metal started off in the 90's as
an enterprise, and has since
upgraded its production to casting
and machining service by importing
the very 1st CNC lathe machine and
setting up a machining centre, which
focus on the essential parts of
cooling towers.
Another 12 years of high
productivity brought TF Metal an ISO
9001:2000 status on 16 Feb, 2002, in
the company's commitment to maintain
customers' high level of confidence
on our products. It is the same kind
of commitment that propels TF Metal
towards global recognition. Our
production have since expanded by
manufacturing essential parts for
oil and gas companies, medial
instruments, liquid purification
systems or filters, and navigation.
Today, TF Metal is building on its
success, investing in heat treatment
technology and facilities. We truly
believe in achieving more goals in
the near future, bringing in
advanced technology and strive to be
one of the premier company and
